"I do want to say that the ladies who worked on the weekend deserve a raise. They were very helpful and very kind. The employee who was a male was very rude. You would ask him questions and would not answer you at all. Besides that i enjoyed my stay."

"This property was absolutely disgusting. When we went into our room the smell was awful, the toilets were not clean, the floors had not been mopped or vacuumed. There was hair in the bathtub and the sink, showing it had not been cleaned since the last time someone was in there. "The hotel over all waw ok, There were a few things that I thought was really bad. The room cost us $200 a night, and you would think for that cost, they could afford to have ice for customers. Every ice machine in the hotel had a out of order sign on them. If you needed ice you had to go to the front desk and ask for ice, and they would give you a little bag of ice just big enough to fit in the palm of your hand, what a joke!! "I was charged an early departure fee even though we checked out at 8pm the evening before our departure date. Why did I get charged when the room was already paid for? It shouldn’t matter if you checked out the evening before, or that next morning. When walking in the door, a note was on the computer that the pool was closed. That should have been noted somewhere online that it was an issue. The carpet had snags and rips along with the furniture in the room. The key code on the outer doors...

"I really liked this hotel! It was clean, quiet, and cozy. The staff was friendly, the beds were dangerously comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. It felt safe and welcoming. I’d definitely come back! The only thing missing was an on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner."

"being disabled the parking was great. the shower had no pressure so the water came out as a dribble. bed was very comfortable. breakfast was sad. no eggs were served but the waffles were good."

"The employees were wonderful - very nice but remained professional. The hotel was clean, as was my room. The bed was super comfy. The microwave table didn't turn and the staff made a note to get it replaced. I used the one in the breakfast bar to microwave my frozen dinner I'd brought with me so not a big deal. I do suggest to replace sheets that are torn and don't stay secure to the mattress corners. If not for those things I'd give 5 stars. I would stay there again."
