You don’t expect much from 3 star or less hotels, but I at least expect a clean feeling room with working lamps and a mattress from this century.
The pillows were AWFUL beyond belief.
AC/Heat was all over the place.
Neither of us slept and we noticed we both just felt “itchy” the entire stay.
The thing that upset me the most is that they claim to have parking, and when I called ahead, I was told we could park here for our trip as well. At check in, we were told “nope, just for the night you’re sleeping, for the month of April we’re not doing that”. We were not informed or we would’ve changed hotels before cancellation fees hit. So do to that, we had to wake up an hour earlier than planned (5am), to go to park n’ fly. They couldn’t have cared less.
I understand airport hotels are expensive and this is one of the cheapest, no I (& everyone else) knows why. Spend the. Extra $50-$100 and go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. Even another BW property. Just not the carlingview. "
