Resor & Hotel dengan Spa di Ham Thuan Nam

"제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음"

"Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. "

"Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." "Beautiful and clean beach. Big and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staffs, speak good English (esp Mr.Vingh). Hotel provide so many fasilities like free bus to Fairy Stream and some places near by. Free foot massage but too bad the skill is so poor :( . It is located at the edge of the city but so close to Red Sand Dune. Nice place to relax, quite resort. Lucky there are few restaurants near by although the foods are average. Overall, this resort is nice and worthed for money"
