"This is a tropical oasis. Clean, big rooms, amazing pools, great food, gigantic breakfast buffet and beautiful evenings with cocktails at the lounge. Staff were friendly and the kids had a perfect day. This really is the new bar we’ll judge all future resorts against."

"Staff were lovely, catered to my food allergies however, the pool needs to be repaired alot of missing tiles. Prince in housekeeping and both chefs, exec and su, were excellent as well as the locals making the hoppers."

"Superb stay at the Jetwing. Every single staff member was unfailingly courteous and kind, helping make our stay really memorable. A special shout out to Chef Chintaka and Chef Induni for accommodating all our food requests and even concocting special meals for us. Absolutely amazing people and delicious food. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. It was great to be able to walk out to the beach and enjoy the environment. We have nothing negative to note and if you're considering this place, don't hesitate. It's not the cheapest option in Yala, but it's proximity to the national park and the level of service makes it, in our opinion, the best choice."

"Literally a paradise, the view from the room or actually anywhere in the hotel is amazing. Great food, good gym and pool. Very relaxing, since you can hear the ocean 24/7. Location is amazing cause it’s very convenient to the national Park. If you are doing a safari it’s a great option, it makes everything way easier. The room, was recently renovated and it was perfect. Very comfortable and luxurious. This place has some extra magic with elephants occasionally roaming the property. And every staff member being super friendly going above and beyond making sure you have the best time. Already planning to come back."

"My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my parents have travelled all around Sri Lanka and tried many different cuisines, so coming from them, that is actually really huge to hear! Next time I’m in Lanka, I already know where my first stop will be. 10/10 for such a great stay!"
Leopard Nest in Yala

"We were the only guests in this sprawling property within the buffer zone of the Yala National park. The BBQ dinner under the stars was worth remembering. The whole property kept the entire electric generation system running for only 2 guests. The air conditioning was perfect and the view from above the canopy was very good. Mention must be made of Patisa and his team. The chef was wonderful with his breakfast and dinner. A great stay. Never felt unsafe as were the only guest on the day."

"Had a great stay that definitely met our expectations. Room was beautiful and comfortable with much needed AC. Perfect, relaxing location with a beautiful pool and beach. The hotel has a newer chef who has upgraded the food which we enjoyed so much we didn’t feel the need to schlep into the busy town. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make our way back to Sri Lanka one day. The hotel also provides but they seem to be around especially if one is sensitive. Also special mention to the owner who is super friendly and hands-on enduring that the guests’ needs are being met. Thank you! "
