The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The amenities are also clean. However, the bathtub drain is clogged, so the water isn’t draining properly.

Sandman Hotel Oakville
Hotel is very good. My wife and I stayed there several times and we got upgraded as per the agreement with Expedia. This last time we got a refusal from the new manager to upgrade. Not sure why but this was just a turnoff
