"A huge thank you to the Owner/Manager, who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were very grateful to be offered an early check-in and late check-out, which made a world of difference. My father had just turned 90 and had undergone surgery, and we were travelling down from Auckland. The flexibility with our check-in and check-out times made visiting him during hospital visiting hours so much easier and way less stressful. We stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom, which...

"good"

"The location was great and the apartment was spacious which was exactly what we wanted. Balcony was barely a Balcony, just a lip outside some doors. My husband was injured after the very flimsy dining chair snapped while sitting on it, falling flat on his back and has a bad scrape from the sharp plastic. Check in was okay, no staff available at anytime which was disappointing, just a phone call available. Most of the property was clean, but I guess they don't check for crumbs in the couch! Bed...

"Good property. Close to the city centre and walking distance to the restaurants."

"The room was nice and clean and tidy. Had everything you need. Would not hesitate to stay again. Just one thing The heat pump needs a clean."

"Very clean, staff were friendly and check in was easy."

"Absolutely lovely staff. Very helpful and they made our stay so enjoyable. Fabulous breakfast as well. Thank you, team 💙"

"Great place"

"close to city friendly helpful staff. parking available . clean with heat pump. Maybe grouting on shower floor and kitchen sink wooden bench could be improved .otherwise was satisfactory for what we paid for the studio for the night ."

"Very nice"

"Clean room"

"Good value for money, especially considering the location. It's a heritage building and hasn't been refurbed in a long time, but the beds and bathrooms are kept clean and it is considerably lower cost to alternative hotels in the CBD."

"Doesn’t look like much on the outside but the place is lovely, very clean spacious modern room and VERY convenient to the hospital."

"Newly renovated rooms, great location with plenty of restaurants, bars etc within walking distance."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spotless and very clean. Would definitely recommend to friends."

"One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, fantastic food and very relaxing experience. My only complaint is that the LED lights always glow when you switch the lights off, so there should be a master switch or a light cover on the lights."
