"Nobody on check in desk when I arrived around 11pm. A number of us had to wait ten minutes for someone to arrive. Same experience on check out the following morning"

"The kitchen staff quit on Sunday 5/24. There was a long wait time for food and food was not restocked until breakfast was almost over. Briana was by herself to support the breakfast since this was not her area and she was filling in she did the best she could and worked really hard. She was really nice but the situation was not nice to her. Omar the janitor was also overworked. Though neither of them were mean it was hard seeing the workers in that position doing the best they could."

"First impression of the room was the smell. It smelled like stinky feet. After about an hour the Carnival Cruise block of rooms turned it up! Walls were vibrating, sound like the were throwing bodies against the walls. Went to call the front desk, the phone did not work. Had to call the number I found online 25 minutes before someone answered the phone. She said she would send someone up, an.hour later walls were still vibrating. I had to call again from my cell phone, another long wait....
