Best Western Brantford Hotel & Conference Centre
Room was alright, clearly needs a bit of an update. Fire alarm went off at like 10pm. Staff were absolutely amazing. Food was great as well Hottub was so over chlorined that it burned my eyes just walking into the room. Massive mold buildup around the edges.

When i checked in, the person at the front desk didnt even look up at me at all during the whole process. The tub is my room wouldn't drain so I removed the cover to find a massive amount of hair that followed. I cleaned that myself and it was fine. The room also smelt weird
