"Great staff spotless room "

"I quickly felt at home after kind help with parking and efficient system of registering at reception. Was very pleased with the room - bright, airy and clean with fresh shower room with window, good supply of soft clean, white towels and bath lotions. Surprisingly comfortable wide single bed with good duvet and pillows in crisp white linen. Simple accommodation just right for my needs at a very reasonable price."

"It was a great stay at Queens Road, the host was welcoming and very knowledgeable to assist with the area. The room was clean, tidy and had a lot of amenities. If you want a check in with minimal contact this is a great way to do it. The venue is also great if visiting people at the hospital and the university. It is so close by. "The hotel looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to stay. Turned up to find hotels.com had not passed out booking into hotel so left with nowhere to stay in remote countryside. I'd recommend the eco lodge - staff were lovely but not hotels.com -it took almost a month to get a refund only by going via my bank's anti fraud process."
