"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel, but I especially want to recognize Ms. Love for going above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our visit, but what stood out to me most was the personal touch she showed toward my son.
We were celebrating his 2nd birthday, and Ms. Love went out of her way to make the day special for him. The hotel was out of birthday bags, but instead of simply saying they were unavailable, she personally put together a birthday bag for my son. It may seem like a small gesture, but as a mother, it meant so much to me. She took the time to make sure he still had something special on his birthday, and that is something I will genuinely remember.
Ms. Love truly understands what hospitality is about. She made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as guests. Her kindness, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile are qualities that deserve to be recognized.
