Window in room was broken and wouldn't shut, refrigerator was broken and not working, room wasn't vacuumed... had dead bugs and trash on floor, only one elevator worked and the walls and carpet in elevator were filthy, there was no meat for breakfast buffet two days in a row and the same thing happened in a previous stay at this location. The worst was how rude and unwilling the front desk was when I complained. I asked to speak with management also and was referred to Stephanie who said she was the General Manager. She apologized and offered to waive one of the three nights I paid for, however its been 10 days and no credit has been given. This was very frustrating because if you can't trust the General Manager, who can you trust? I will never stay here again and will make sure to pass the word to stay away from this hotel.
