"Las instalaciones estaban muy bonitas, mejor que mi visita anterior, ls limpieza es deprimente, refrigerador grasoso, alfombra sucia, olia muy bien cuando entre y eso me gustó pero casi para la hora de salida revise debajo de la cama para asegurarme que no se me quedara nada y encontre una jeringa usada y edo me asusto mucho y debajo del sofa de la sala encontre el juguete de una mascota., me decepcionó que en la imagen se veia una cocina con orno cuando hice la reservacion y no era asi."

"We had a fantastic stay here. I booked the cheapest room last minute and was still so happy with our stay. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars on a beach view because the street was loud until around 11pm, but the kids had so much fun at the pool and beach that the conked out so quickly at night and the street noise didn't bother them. The pools were enjoyed and it was especially nice to have pool towels accessable since our beach towels were sandy. The easy access to the beach made it easy for us to spend all day there. If we needed something from the room it was a quick run up. Everything we wanted to do, i.e. shopping and eating were all within walking distance and fantastic. Parked our car and didn't go back to it until we left. The lady at check in was so nice and friendly. My one downside it the driveway was chaos while checking out. Not enough space for everyone to park to get their stuff in their cars and have safe access to get out. Overall, it was clean and comfortable and easy to stay here and I would do it again. "

"I booked this hotel based on what appeared to be updated photos and recent reviews, but the actual experience was completely misleading and did not reflect what was advertised. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt uncomfortable and questionable, to the point where it made you think twice about something as simple as leaving food out. The hallways were extremely hot and stuffy, especially when getting off the elevator, and the overall condition of the property did not feel well maintained. Inside the room, several basic amenities were either missing or not working. The phone did not function, making it impossible to contact the front desk, and there was no proper storage or closet space, which was not clearly disclosed. There were also multiple safety and maintenance issues, including a broken latch on the sliding balcony door and a balcony railing that felt unstable and made noise when touched. Cleanliness was a major concern. There were small, dark insects present under the linens, and the room appeared to have poor paint work and overall upkeep. Additionally, there was no visible elevator inspection certificate posted, with signage stating it was only available upon request, which raised further concerns. I did attempt to address these issues with staff and asked if anything could be done to accommodate the situation, but no meaningful resolution was offered before I chose to check out. "The room was smelling due to the neighboring rooms cooking. Also you are supposed to get assigned parking spots. Our parking spot was occupied on 2 days and we reached out to the front desk who said they would get security to take care of it, but did not move the car on our spot and we had to park on grass and away from our building "

"As sson as you walknin into the lobby theres a musky smell, as the room. Although this property is smoke free, a lot of guests smokeon the balconies with doors open therefore the smell of cigarettes and others lingers right into the bedrooms . Breakfast was nice had a varity of items, everything fresh. All the staff was very friendly. Great location"

"Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way. My son went back to the lobby to get the items himself & was told someone was bringing them. We finally got the requested items 2 hours after original call. "
