"We arrived a bit late and were welcomed by a friendly and warm member of the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast a bit poor with not hot or meat or eggs options, but would stay again if we’re to come back. "

"We had a lovely stay at the High Corner Inn. It is a lovely pub in a beautiful area of the New Forest. The food is great, we had dinner and breakfast in the pub. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn."

"We booked two rooms while walking the coast path. Neither room had a working shower. Both produced boiling hot water that would burn.All we were offered was the use of another shower in an outside building. We declined. Tired building and the Manager uninterested in offering any support or refund. He just told us the rooms were due to be updated! My advice..Go somewhere else. "

"Gordon House was absolutely lovely and even better than expected! So spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. Anne the owner was such a lovely, delightful lady, at breakfast she was friendly, kind and considerate to all of the guests and nothing was too much trouble. The full English breakfast cooked by her husband was just perfect and there was a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and other options available on request. "I LOVED this place! A proper British pub, that was so cozy it felt like home. I absolutely loved the towel warmers ( we don't have that in the US) and the Ily coffee in the room with a French press and cookies. Was an extra cherry on top! The bed was so comfortable and felt like I was in the countryside tucked away from the world. I absolutely loved it and would 10/10 come back and stay again! Not to mention the breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for such a great stay!"

"Lovely clean and tidy hotel. The rooms look refurbished and were spotless. We had the family room which was bigger than we were expecting. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The staff were pleasant. Parking plentiful. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon etc.) was included. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Perfect for our stay."

"Dust in A/C unit made both of sneeze multiple times before shutting it off. This is from someone who has no allergies and went into a sneezing fit. Needs a thorough cleaning. If you have a dust allergy, beware."

"My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay."
