"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで 案内してくれます。
温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。
部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。
平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるの がいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"

"チェックインしてくつろいでいたら、上の階からバタン、ドンと物音が少しうるさかったですがまずは温泉に入ってさっぱりして、 食事が終わり、部屋に戻ってゆっくりくつろぐつもりでしたが、上の階から子供が飛び跳ね走り回る音が絶えず聞こえてくるので、耐えられずフロントへ連絡し、対応をお願いしました。"
