"I’m a frequent traveler to the Hyatt Augusta and every time I come I have a marvelous time. Staff is wonderful, shout out to David he made the first day of my trip so seamless. Rooms are always so clean, and spacious. I feel safe as a solo female traveling. Parking this time around was tricky because of the construction taking up parking spots outside. Other than that my trip was wonderful, and I will be back soon."

"We were in town for a softball tournament. I continued to call the hotel to update them on our arrival time, and all were very pleasant. We checked in with Linda, who was very friendly and helpful. the room was great and very clean, though the fire/smoke alarm was beeping every so often and when we advised Linda she had maintenance take care of right away. Check out with Joleasa was just a great, and the breakfast provided was just the fuel our softball player needed to start her day off great....

"First of all, the front desk and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited to be there. And as soon as we got to the room we realized just how old the hotel itself must be. There's barely a flat surface, a plumb wall or floor in the building. "The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again."
