"At arrival we weren’t told where room was located. We were just given the key. We later found out we had to walk to a separate wing of the hotel. Pool isn’t open - which was a bummer. Location of the property doesn’t seem the best. At night, you can hear people slamming doors (2/3am), cars speeding by."

"Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. "The hotel is currently being renovated. I booked through Expedia and had asked for a crib but upon arrival I was told that they have none. Keep in mind I tried calling ahead of time, but no one would answer them called Expedia and they confirmed that the note was passed down. We entered the room and it was very very dirty hair in the bathtub dust everywhere even a cockroach! Tried calling the front desk and no answer to try to get someone to give us some cleaning supplies."
