"What an absolute little slice of paradise! G was a fantastic host making sure we got to our field alright and showed us how everything worked before leaving us too it. We had the most relaxing night looking out at hills by the fire and the hot tub and sauna were an absolute luxury. We were even surprised with how warm the tent got, it was super cosy during the overnight rainstorm and I'm already thinking of when we can get back there already! "Toilet hadn’t been flushed from previous guest. Shower had great temp, though not great pressure. WiFi only worked in one room. Couldn’t figure out how to work the electric hob, rest of kitchen was good. Only one towel provided for two guests. Beds were comfy. "

"The property was full of unpleasant damp smells and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in at night, location was ok but not to stay in again 😞 so I would've asked for a refund but I'll put it down to experience.. but thank you for letting us stay.. "

"Very good lodging with nice space indoor for (up to) four people. Very cosy couch and awesome bedding. But the welcome touch is also excellent, so that you instantly feel at home."

"Very cute little cottage. It is very clean, has all the comforts of home but away from home. We didn’t expect all the little extras that make our holiday perfect such as tea, coffee, milk and even biscuits!
There is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook!
It is conveniently situated in the village with shops, pubs and restaurants.
Location is also near Monsal trail for walking and cycling along all the beautiful dales by the river Rye.
