"this is a very nice family type run hotel, very good located with amaizingly green surrounding. If you want feel like living in typical China neighbour hood other than huge hotels then book here. The hotel is certainly more modest style but very worthwhile for the price. Restaurants are close by, we felt safe to stay there. We enjoyed our stay."

"環境不錯，員工親切，房間整潔舒服。床超好睡，枕頭一般，房間用品如牙刷，感覺是都用心選過的。房間隔音稍差，晚上聽到外面人聲，但不早睡，問題不大。早上附近十分寧靜，可睡到自然醒。早餐豐富，人不多，靜靜聽著中式音樂吃早餐，感覺不錯，應是在其他酒店感受不到。附近多食店，小湯包和油爆蝦都很好吃。"

"The information on bookers is incorrect, and I spent a fruitless 3 hours trying to find this place in Hangzhou city. The text information doesn’t square with the address. Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY....

"This guesthouse sits in a lovely village in the West Lake scenic area, near Lingyin temple and just a bike ride to West Lake and city sights. You feel as if you are out of the city, although it is part of Hangzhou. I highly recommend this relaxing and warm setting. The owners are lovely, the village boasts two excellent restaurants, Italian and Japanese, and good Chinese food. Get a room with a balcony. This is a great way to see Hangzhou and rejuvenate."
