"The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The resort is a very nice place to be. The room was very pleasant. However, if you are staying 6 nights or less, don't expect to have your room cleaned. We were told quite curtly by reception staff that we wouldn't be having our room cleaned 'for our length of stay.' I thought this ruined an otherwise perfectly lovely stay, I didn't think room service was too large of an ask given the price paid."

"As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other."

"Staff we,re great, Swim up pool area was fabulous, & lots of fun. Our room was very comfortable & clean,but wardrobe drawers needed replacing & fridge was overworking. Tradesmen were working on property so sure all rooms will be updated soon.Would stay there again ."

"We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa. It was perfect for our family of 7. Hotel staff was wonderful. Great looking property and fabulous pool area. Location is less than ten minutes from central Port Douglas. Access to the beach. We will definitely return for a longer stay!"
