We paid for an extra person in the twin studio apartment. For the first several days, we did not get an extra bed because we didn't know that it was available. However, when we extended our stay for extra 2 days, another receptionist asked me if I wanted an extra bed. Had I known that an extra bed was available, my parents would have slept much more comfortably. There's some discrepancy in the service. Also, house keeping did not clean my room. So we did not have new towels to wipe ourselves with. I called the front desk to ask for new towels. The receptionist apologized, and I thought I would get new towels. But no one came by our room and we had to dry our old towels to use in the morning. The fridge was dented. There were no bugs and the location of the residence is easily accessible, no doubt. But I wasn't so happy with the service of the reception overall.
