The room was a nice size with a very comfortable king bed. We loved our little balcony where we sat and had our coffee every morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Jo and Moon were especially attentive. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area as well. Good value.

Staff was amazing, very friendly. The room was nice and quite. The bed, however, wasn't that comfortable, the bed sheet kept on coming off, the pillows had seen better days, should be replaced with newer ones. There was no complimentary coffee or tea bags, you had to pay $1.00 for the used of a tea bag or a coffee bag.

If customer service alone dictated star rating this hotel would be 5*, with special mention to Stella (hope I spelled correctly)) she really helped so much right throughout my 4 night stay. Excellent location if you are looking for the Old Quarter, not really my thing but you don't know without trying. Narrow stairs to 5th floor a bit painful. No other problems, rear room was unexpectedly quite. Clean

Sweetest people

I really believe that a good attitude gets you a long way and these people here at this hotel, thier customer service skills were amazing and genuine. They had no elevator lift but you leave your bags in lobby and they deleiver them to your rooms. We requested twin beds and it was a queen they asked us to go walk around for an hour and return we did and everything was taken care of. I could have given them a lower rating because at the end of the night when i turned back my covers on my bed they had turned my bed to a twin but forgot to dress the bed with sheets i was a little aggravated but they had amazing attitude and took care of the situation. They also have a wonderful laundry service. I was impressed.

Le séjour c’est extrêmement bien passé, de loin le meilleur personnel que nous avons rencontré au Vietnam, tous toujours souriant, arrangeant et toujours présent pour vous donner des conseils ou vous aider afin que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible. Vous pouvez y reserver vos excursions, vous pouvez aussi faire du change et en plus les chambre son près mignonne, très propre et avec un balcon. Je recommande cette hôtel!

Decent hotel in the middle of the old quarter

Quaint little place in the old quarter of Ha noi. Lovely staff, couldn't have been more helpful. Only there 2 nights but was happy with everything.

a terrific place to stay

I really enjoyed my time here, so much so that a two-night stay turned into a 6-night stay! My room had everything I needed, including a small balcony and a rain shower. The bed was super comfortable and the staff just could not have done anything more for me. For me, the location was also perfect. It was in proximity to the old quarter without being in the crazy thick of it. Of course all of this for an extremely good value. I had a wonderful stay thank you so much!
