One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are lovely and always keen to help. The bar and restaurant were absolutely superb with a great selection. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.

The breakfast was phenomenal! We've had a lot of help from the staff making our stay a memorable one. They were patient, kind and resourceful - a truly valuable team. We've also received lovely gifts from the hotel for our stay and a kind gesture in terms of an upgrade to the vehicle of the airport transfer. Can't wait for our next visit to there!

The hotel exudes colonial boutique chic. what makes the Grand du Lac hotel 5 star is the staff. Every staff we met was warm, courteous and welcoming from Grace at Check in to the restaurant staff and doormen.Everyone made us feel really welcomed and we really enjoyed our stay here

We booked two adjoining rooms on the 6th floor. I have to say this is one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at as a family. The hotel is in the old quarters of Hanoi, about a 1 minute walk from St. Joseph’s Cathedral. The hotel is in the center of all the action. The staff were amazing and went over and beyond to help us out. Camellia was particularly a standout as she ensured we were thoroughly taken care of. Can’t say enough of this hotel. The breakfast was an absolute treat. One of the best breakfast you will have with its assortment of free fruits.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and made us feel at home. They gave us local suggestions and it was easy to communicate with them while we were out exploring, via whatsapp. They offered us a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options; fruit, juices, meat, eggs, pho, dumplings, spring rolls etc. everything from check in to check out and laundry service were seamless.

This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location in Hanoi. The service is outstanding throughout the hotel—everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with great vegan options which was important for me. I highly recommend the rooftop bar too, as well as the spa! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. She helped us to reserve amazing transportation in high end SUV with private driver as well. Food and service in restaurant is 5 star ! Delicious breakfast, Hotel is very clean and in great location.
