We stayed at the Allure on two separate occasions during our Vietnam trip. Both stays were great. The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The hotel booked a car to the airport for us and stored our luggage when we needed it. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location in the old quarter was very central. We highly recommend the Allure.

The location is hard to beat for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, yet the hotel sits on a quieter side street — a real blessing if you're a light sleeper. I booked a room with balcony I thought it will look out to the street, but it looks directly and so close to a neighbor’s patio which is not privacy. Hotel location is in the center of old town, walkable to many restaurants near by. The staffs were not too friendly and helpful as other 4-5 stars hotel’s service that I stayed in the area. The girl who worked in the buffet area, need a smile and be more helpful. Room is clean and good size.

Allure hotel is certainly one of the best hotels you can get in Hanoi. Location is awesome, food is good, and most importantly service is above and beyond. Justin the staff is particularly helpful in giving us local sites and restaurants … we love his enthusiasm and cheeriness!
