Never mentioned extra charge for diferent floor, i was charged 5 dolar extra for going 1 floor down foe each night, i said nothing and paid. The room was not arranged every day even when i mentioned to the staf to clean. When she reserved the bus to sapaiahe pushed the for exyra, i said no problem for the mony but make sur i am in the front uper but actually got 12a , i asked to rent a motorbyke and she pushed her own but did not mention the oil red light problem . I felt that the owner is trying every way she can to charge extra even thou its small mony but the feel is not good.

False advertising and VERY poor customer service

We booked only because we got in very late (2am) and their listing falsely advertised 24 hour desk service. Additionally, the address provided was incorrect or there was no signage. This left me walking around Hanoi for 2.5 hours with luggage in the middle of the night looking for a hotel. The hotel also refused to refund us despite their false advertising.

Bien situé dans old Town il est à l’étage d’une agence de voyages. Accueil cordial. Nous avions une chambre pour 4 située au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Chambre simple mais propre. Le souci principal était l’odeur d’égouts très forte. Cette odeur venant de la salle de bains, en fermant la porte et en allumant la climatisation, elle s’attenuait. Le lendemain matin, après notre douche nous avons constaté que l’eau ne s’écoulait pas avec beaucoup de dépôts noirs remontant des égouts. Nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil. La personne s’est excusé mais n’était pas étonnée...... de plus la chambre donne sur une rue passante donc beaucoup de bruit tôt le matin. Une nuit était suffisante, même si le tarif payé était bas. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus mais en voyant l’espace disponible à l’accueil, on comprend pourquoi. Beaucoup de bars/ cafés à proximité.

Beautiful location, beautiful people and the hotel was clean. Conveniently located and very friendly people. We could even keep our luggage for 3 days... Nice experience...
