The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺

This little guesthouse is nestled away down an unassuming backstreet next to an upmarket Vegan restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic gent who showed us to our room. The narrow steep staircase is quite tricky to manoeuvre when carrying large luggage. The room is nice and comfortable with all the amenities you’d expect. Our biggest issue with the room was mosquitoes! Due to the bathroom window being permanently open with no netting and the balcony door having rather large gaps, we have been repeatedly bitten overnight by numerous mosquitos in the room. Hopefully this is a fairly easy issue to fix. There is a handy little box of drinks and confectioneries on the ground floor if you need to buy extra bottled water etc (with honestly box). There is also a convenience store just around the corner. We did get woken up early each morning presumably either by a tannoy announcement at the police museum next door or the neighbouring temple. Also, do be aware that taxis cannot get close to the building as it’s a 2min walk down a pedestrian backstreet, worth bearing in mind if you have heavy luggage. Overall we had a lovely few nights stay, just a shame that we got annihilated by insect bites in the room.

Very nice staffs. Hotel is in the heart of Hanoi. It's walking distance from everywhere. But it's also quiet, so you can take a rest from all honking noise.

I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night. I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside. Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep. Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away. I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!

Really nice

Quirky room, like a little apartment! We loved it, and it was within walking distance of the main sites. Safe and quiet, I'd recommend it if you're in Hanoi.

A wonderful guesthouse in a great location

I warmly recommend this fantastic guesthouse. The room was very clean and cozy and gave me a homely feeling. The family that runs the place treated me very kindly and was attentive to all my needs and requests. Just as an example, when my luggage lock broke so I couldn't open it, they sawed the lock and also gave me a new one for free without me even asking for it. The location of the guesthouse is very central, ~3 minutes walk from the Hua Lo prison and ~10 minutes walk from the Hoan Kiem lake. Despite its central location, the guesthouse area is quiet since it is tucked away in an inner alley. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this place!

Great location and gorgeous room!

Walked absolutely everywhere from this guesthouse because the location was excellent! The room was great, had everything you could ask for including the friendliest staff! :) the duvet/blanket was so comfy! Best banh mii just a few minutes walk away too! Would 100% recommend! Thank you Little Anh!
