Clean and comfortable in a good location. Helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit limited but plenty of it, both European and Asian tastes catered for. They don't sell beer at their bar and all drink service stopped at 10pm. The laundry room was excellent and reasonably priced.

There is ongoing construction directly adjacent to the hotel. It was right outside my window on the 3rd floor and went well into the night. Between that and the train station announcements sleeping was difficult. But the hotel has a very walkable location

Great for a one night stay coming from SaPa on the train. Location is excellent, across the Hanoi railway station. Staff were fantastic and let me store my luggage for a few days while I visited SaPa. Few food options short walk from the hotel.

Hotel is extremely upscale and worked for us really well. Rooms were comfortable and amenities were great. Breakfast included so that was a major extra plus. AC didn’t work in our room initially but they gave us a new room so it was okay. Overall good stay

Beautiful room, clean, great view, brilliant service. A great hotel. Lovely food. Only issue was that the room was for 4 people, however the sofa bed which becomes a bed for two people is very small and uncomfortable.

Overall good hotel next to the Hanoi train station. We stayed 5 nights and explored by foot the city of Hanoi. You can walk many places. fFor the 3.5 stars the hotel is a good offer with modern boutique look. the insulation could be better as you heard traffic and trains all night

Perfect place to stay if you need to be near the Railway station. We booked a room just to rest between flying into Hanoi and taking a night train to Sapa but I would definitely find it comfortable to stay a night or two. Room is small but very efficient use of space and comfortable. Staff are lovely.

The room is compact - reminds me of hotels in Korea or Japan. While space is limited, the design is clean, minimalist, and functional. Everything matched the photos seen on Expedia. The gym is VERY small. It includes: - Dumbbells up to 35kg - A bench - Two treadmills - A chest press machine Realistically, it accommodate 2 people, one on weights and the other on the treadmill. The hotel’s location directly across from Hanoi Railway Station is a double-edged sword: - Pros: Extremely convenient for train travelers. You can walk to the station in minutes. - Cons: Sound insulation is minimal. Station announcements are loud and frequent, and they continue well into the night. The only quiet window we experienced was between 1 AM and 4 AM, making restful sleep a challenge. Worst sleep during our entire stay in Vietnam. Bring earplugs.

Avoid till the constructiom is over

The adjacent building is beeing constructed. They work at night in hanoi so dont expect to sleep excepted if you have earplug. You should definitly avoid that hotel till 2026 or when the construction is finished. Neverless, the staff is amazing. The location is great and the breakfast ok.

The hotel is is modern, quick check and opposite the railway station, convenient. The staff appears to be all young people, all extremely helpful, i would certainly stay here again my next visit to Hanoi Train street 5- 10 minutes walk and the old quarter depending on you're speed. Only one thing the rail and the hangers wear sticky, which didn't meet the rest of the excellent standard

The room was ok. Shower curtain had some mildew, slippers provided were dirty and used. It’s a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for I guess. And for the price, it’s fine. The bed was comfortable.

Good hotel

Nice and clean hotel with great staff. Cheap and effective do it yourself laundry. Good room service. The only problem is the construction of Hanoi Subway right next to the hotel. Because of that, we have to use the secondary entrance from the avenue. Sometimes it’s a small inconvenience when asking for Grab pickups. All in all it’s a good, simple and nice hotel. Definitely would come back

Key card to our room stopped working the 2nd day we were there and had to wait for the mechanic to fix it. There are only 2 elevators and one kept breaking down; being on the 18th floor meant that was a hassle. Other than that, it was clean. Its right accross the street from the train station and there is a lot of construction right next to the hotel so it can be a bit loud. Adequate accommodation for the price and is walkable to various historic sites.
