Hotel dekat Hansen Dam Recreation Area

"The location was excellent. Close to restaurants and bars, walking distance away. The second level lounge was ideal for family that came to visit us."

"Stayed for 3 nights at hotel, on the 17th floor, 2 queens. Negatives were the mattress was so bad, needs replacing. And the highway noise was so loud- heard above AC and 2 sound apps. That being said, positives: conference food was so good, bar, staff all great. Breakfast dining was delicious and good service. Housekeeping was so quiet. Hotel was solid, built well. Every single staff that passed me was friendly, kind, which is rare now. Front desk checkout girl was not friendly though-...

"The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from universal studios and the most famous tourist spots. My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do."

"This property WAY exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will defn be back since our daughter lives in the area and we visit often. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Clean room and excellent service"

"Stayed one night room was clean lots of parking and close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay again"

"Staffing experience was amazing but the only mishap I would say is that housekeeping didn’t clean out the drawers so there were some dirty jeans in the drawers. Other than that everything else was great"

"The whole property was very clean. The service cleaners were always around cleaning and asking customers if they needed anything in their rooms. They were also very nice. My only complaint was the AC/heater unit in the room. The on/off switch had to be pressed many times to get it to turn on. But other than that, I would definitely recommend and definitely return to the Nox."

"best front staff, loved all the girlies !"

"Clean room and peaceful Good breakfast, Laura was the best she always greet us every morning and always checking the dining. 10/10 stay!"

"The staff was super friendly. Everything was just as described. It was also centrally located to everything. Walking distance to many restaurants."
