"Room was clean. AC was nice. Staff were pretty chill. Pool was cold though and that sucked, because we wanted to swim :) But the 2yrs old, elderly lady and autistic brother I was traveling with couldn’t enjoy that temperature unfortunately. So there was no swimming for us! Very disappointed at that. Location was nice. Really disappointed with the hotel “restaurants” menu. Had a huge family lunch after church for our family reunion. Thinking the hotel would have a good selection when booking the hotel in advance, only to be disappointed and embarrassed that my family didn’t have a better choice of food. We could have gone somewhere else but oh well. Everyone was already there. And we are talking about nearly 25 people that showed. So it wasn’t like we can just go somewhere else, we kind of had to deal with it."

"I had a 7 am flight and when I checked in at 7 pm the night before, I was told there would be a “to go” breakfast in the lobby before departure to the airport at 5:30 am. That did not materialize and it looked to me that the one morning desk agent was overwhelmed… must be understaffed or had call/ offs."

"I left and did not stay at this hotel because it seemed dirty, run-down, old, and unsafe. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. The room has a musty stench. It was so close to the freeway that I could hear all the traffic inside my room. It did not look nice from the outside. It should have been priced much lower."

"We love everything about this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the furniture is great (lots of drawers, a desk and comfortable chair). The hot breakfast is delicious and well presented. This is our favorite place to stay in the Burbank/North Hollywood area."

"It's no exaggeration but there was literally no water pressure in the shower. The shower itself was nicely renovated so I was shock that I could piss in higher velocity than the water coming out of the showerhead. The two power outlets on the nightstand (after removing the one powering the clock) were close together such that if you have to connect a power brick to it, it would block out the other one. The USB ports next to them were broken; not that you should blindly connecting your phone to a USB port. Speaking of power outlet, there were no power outlet on or near the desk, other than the one the lamp was connected to. The lamp base has a USB port but if I were to use a laptop on the desk (and wanting to charge it at the same time), then no luck. The other outlets available in the room were above the microwave/fridge but they are close to the room entrance. One redeeming quality was the breakfast. I've been to many free hotel breakfast and they are usually pretty bad. Base on that standard, the one they serve here was not bad. That said, I wanted to have some oatmeal but it was still cooking in the pot (liquidy and dried flakes still visible). Finally, not sure if this is near a helicopter airport but we kept on hearing helicopters going by all the time. So if you are sensitive to noice, take that into consideration."
