"Four day stay for work. Its not to the usual crown standard. Room was ok. Bed was ok. whole place needs a complete work over. Unsure what the go with charging things back to the hotel. Staff kept showing up at my door wanting payment for services that should of been charged back. Staff we great but would benefit from learning english a bit more.."

"All though I dint use the kitchen, I find the environment very calm, clean and private.. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of shade trees round the yard."

"Clean room, it was a one bedroom apartment. The property was actually old, and TV was not working, the was two AC but only one control. "

"Pool was nice, as was the buffet breakfast. Our room had a main light that wouldn't turn off with the switch and we waited an hour for someone from maintenance to show up after the kids were supposed to be sleeping. I ended up having to detach the light myself. Also, we had a few suspicious insect bites in groups of threes that reminded me of bed bugs."

"Food delicious, arrives hot when ordering for room service. Rooms are daily cleaned although not for the last 2 days. Clean otherwise. Staff are helpful and always welcoming by greeting guests with a smile. Air conditioning is never a problem. Wifi can be slow. TV wifi connection is poor, need tech to sort it out."
