"Travelled with family for a weekend to use the pool. Booked the two bedroom premium room. Check-in was delayed by an hour because staff could not figure out difference between included breakfast in initial booking. Very unprofessional in service and did not offer appropriate explanation, I had to pay for breakfast again even though Expedia itinerary had included breakfast in overall cost. Pool was only opened for an hour, and closed off for the remainder of the weekend due to cleaning. Guests...

"Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby."

"I have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but things have gone downhill. The shuttle person wasn’t at arrivals and I had to go hunting for the van (the Hilton guy was a great help). Housekeeping failed to come. Door battery went flat and I was locked out fin30 minutes with three trips to reception. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "
