"I had a minor issue after checking in. Asked to speak to a manager. Chasis Decatur handled the matter quickly and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Great attitude! Me and my friends will definitely return next year for our annual girls trip! Hopefully Chasis will still be there just in case we need her again! 😀"

"Upscale hotel, I enjoyed my stay!! Breakfast was good & the entore staff was friendly. There were a couple of concerns I'd like to mention. When I book the hotel it was fairly expensive but that was fine. I have never paid such an expensive deposit, $100 per night. I just think it can intefere with entertainment expenses. Secondly, if housekeeping serviced the room timely they wouldn't have to charge as much for deposit. We ran out of bathroom tissue, towel and had the same trash in our room for a couple days. Lastly, no pool on site, about a seven minute walk to a shared pool."
