"Fast easy check in when I got to the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had trouble finding the pick-up location. Pick-up is at terminal two lower-level doors 11 and 12. Signage at the airport is very poor. No fault of the hotel. It would be helpful if they gave clear instructions on where the pick-up location was on their website. Rooms are small but acceptable for a one- or two-night stay if flying in or out of Hong Kong as the price was very good. Breakfast was included and was good...

"The location of this hotel is excellent. Proximity to all forms of transport, including the Wanchai Star Ferry, trams, MTR and the A11 airport bus.
Also great for local bars and restaurants of all types, western and Chinese.
Hotel itself is clean and well aired, rooms are fine, in good condition, and proper dehumidifying etc. Bathrooms are a little tired, but completely functional."

"最初の日の夜からエアコンが全く効かず、スタッフに言ったのですが、ピッピッとスイッチを弄るだけで一向に涼しくならず。
日中は外に出ているので、部屋に戻る度に部屋は暑くなったまま、その繰り返しで、結局涼しくなることはなく、めちゃくちゃ暑い部屋のまま3晩過ごしました。
フロントスタッフがやって来たのはもうチェックアウトする時。

"Great location, convenience to everywhere. No toiletory provided. Room sound proof is worse than terrible. I can hear my nextdoor hangover kid yelling that he was a DJ or so at 450am. Vending machine offers basic toiletries but only to pay by Octopus card. The towel was paper thin on the go type. If you need to access business in the central area and you don't care about the amenities or environment, plus, you are traveling solo, give it a shot"

"I was incorrectly charged for an international phone call I did not make! The staff refused to let me leave and were extremely unhelpful. I had just had surgery on my foot and they said they wanted £300 for a wheelchair. We then asked for help with our bags due to my surgery and they said they didn’t have anyone to help until 7pm… it was 4pm. Just extremely unhelpful, I have complained to the hotel asking for a refund for the call and they are yet to respond."
