"This is a good "brand" type hotel, new and well-appointed and reasonable. With eagles nesting in the parking lot trees. A decent location, close to a supermarket and restaurants, very helpful staff. It also works as a corporate events place but the rates were normal."

We were upgraded to a better room and given a lot of information about Homer, places to visit, things to do, food joints that are uniquely Homer. "We had an awesome stay in Homer at the Pioneer Inn. The room perfectly suited our needs and Lila & Paula were amazing. Very responsive to questions and checking in to assure our stay was satisfactory. Also, I tweeked my knee, because you know, walking is hard :). They drove me to the medical center to get it checked out, and came back to pick me up afterward. They also helped me to find a knee brace in town. I would definitely stay at the Pioneer Inn when in Homer again."
