"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"very beautiful king sized bed, room was a bit small but spacious for one person. Lovely view of the train tracks and Oimachi area. 7/11 and other food and convenience stores nearby. Loved it."

"Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"The hotel was in a great location with a train station near by and one just a 15min walk away. There were plenty of food places near by so I would highly recommend booking this hotel. On top of this the staff were lovely took the time to answer my questions, the rooms were very clean and the house keeping was very high standard 10/10 if I was to go back to Japan again I would booking this hotel again. "The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."
