I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful.
One thing to note is that amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and other essentials are self-serve at the reception area rather than provided in the room. There’s also no bottled water in the room—instead, there’s a jug you can use to fill up water from another floor. It definitely has more of a “do-it-yourself” style setup.
That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re okay with a more self-service experience and want a comfortable place to stay in the city.
