"The location and property grounds were great. Pool was heated. The rooms are a little run down. The beds are not very comfortable, pillows flat. The room needed a good spring/deep clean and paint. Kitchen needs to replace old pans, add more utensils. I would stay again if they updated mattresses/pillows, we made do for two nights. "

"I wouldn’t stay here again. It was a place to lay our heads I guess. The hotel charges a “resort fee” I’m not sure what part of the place is a resort. The pool is not much bigger than a bathtub. The room we stayed in was filthy. If you walked on the tile floor with no socks your feet were black. The sink is outside of the bathroom and there’s no place to lay your toiletries. Bed was hard and sunken. Only positive was the location to the beach access and stores. Oh. And if you’re not familiar...

"The location was convenient, with beach nearby. We were able to find night time parking nearby. Having the kitchen and a spacious room was nice. The sofa bed in the room we had the first night was not comfortable when pulled out. We folded it back and one person slept on it as a sofa. We were able to switch to a room with two beds, which was much better. It is well cleaned. The smell of cleanser was strong. We kept the doors open a while to air it out."

"This was a nice hotel overall, with great amenities and a good breakfast.
However, I am giving four stars due to an issue with billing transparency. At check-in, I was asked to provide a credit card and specifically asked what would be charged. I was told it was only for a security deposit.
After checkout, I received my receipt and saw a $24 parking charge that had not been disclosed. I reached out to request a refund due to the lack of disclosure, but the request was declined.

"The resort is showing its age. Hallways always had garbage next rooms, and needed a good vacuuming. One of the two elevators were out of commission the entire week. Rooms were cleaned every day but could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. "

"If you plan on staying here more than a day, don’t do it. TV’s, oven, and microwave didn’t work in the room I stayed in. Called the front office multiple times and no one answered the phone. When I first checked in the lady at the front desk was very rude. Bed’s are uncomfortable, and the couches are worn down. Location is great because it close to the beach but that’s about it. Will never stay here again."
