"First of all, the hotel and room was nice! We had plenty of space for my family.
Secondly, I checked in late on Thursday night around 11:30 PM. I was told that continental breakfast was from 630-10 and the pool opens at 9. Unfortunately, I got to breakfast at 9:10 and well over half the food was already packed up. I asked the front desk if anything would be refilled and I was informed that it closes at 9 on weekends (this was a Friday and the person who checked me in did not say anything about weekend hours for breakfast). She did not seem all that helpful or even saying "sorry for the miss understanding". There were several others who showed up for breakfast after we did and they were told the same hours. It was disappointing as that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
That being said, Wendy was the worker taking care of the food and she offered my little one a few things she still had available. She didn't want to see my little go hungry. She gets an A++. Thank you, Wendy, for trying your best to take care of us!
Also, just an observation that in the pool area, the safety ring was broken in half. I wasn't worried about it, but seemed odd to even still have it on the wall."
