"I was here to help my son as he was relocating to LB . Rooms were spotless & stocked well with Beekmans products The staff were so helpful and gracious, I was there a week so they greeted name by name. Reuben , the manager even helped me get my rental car of its parking space after the blizzard! Since it was winter and the pool wasn't being used they made up for the resort fee with $30 vouchers for the restaurant and bar. And the staff there was helpful and wonderful as well. "The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The staff were gracious and professional. The location is great as it it very close to public transportation. The location at night is questionable but didn't feel unsafe with the police patrolling. I will stay here again as long the accommodations remain stellar. "

"1) We arrived at the hotel after 24 hours of travel and all we wanted was a hot shower but there was no hot water. A maintenance man came to our room and within 15 minutes he fixed the problem and we had hot water. We were very happy and impressed with the quick service. 2) On another note: FYI we were surprised that there was no body lotion in the bathroom. "Easy check-in and friendly staff"

"We didn't use the internet, we didn't use the work out room but, everything was CLEAN!! The hotel is only six years old and the manager, Samil was delightful. I had phoned beforehand to make sure no cleaning sprays were used because of my asthma. He told me as we were waiting to leave that he checked the room himself when he saw that notation. He and Meagan were there to help us with directions, parking..anything we needed. I'd stay here again for sure! "
