"This hotel is nothing special , definitely shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel"

"Perfect for overnight stop near JFK - only a 10-15 min transit via free shuttle service. Room was clean and functional and bed very comfy. Room had slight smell but nothing unpleasant. Staff were polite. Shower head wasn’t the best at distributing water and the sink took forever to drain the water. You need to board the Airtrain and get to Federal Circle station (one stop from T8) for shuttle pick up. Not a big problem but had to call hotel to get this instruction and they didn’t immediately...

"It’s an older building but well maintained. The check in was fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service was great to and from JFK airport."

"We booked 2 day stay,we left for the day and the cleaner helped herself to my lotion soap body butter the manager never called to follow up"

"Property was dirty. Room was clearly not cleaned. There was hair in the shower and on the bed. Mold on towel, carpet and surrounding walls. . Bedding had cigarette burns."

"Tv only had local news and VERY OLD NYPD BLUE, Law & Order and Family Feuds. Many streaming channels, but only if you wanted to buy new subscriptions… No way to sign in with existing info. AC either very cold or not cold at all… Remote didn’t work even after they gave me another one. No grab bar in shower. Very old bathroom no ledges or place to put anything by toiletries. But the most uncomfortable thing was that there wasn’t a single chair in the room. You could be in bed or not …nothing else....

"Check the air conditioning right away. On a 90 degree day the air conditioner wasn't working. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was handed a card to email the manager. Also, expect to pay for the valet. Street parking is only option and not the best area. One positive is the restaurant food was better than expected."

"It was sad to get there and be told the pool was closed for the summer. The property was well maintained but it sits on a main road that is very loud. Breakfast was good and there are a TON of good restaurants surrounding the hotel."

"The experience was through and through horrible. When I checked in the guy said that this is a non-smoking room, which was weird because it should be given. And when I then came into the room, it actually smelled a lot like cold thick cigarette smoke, that sat in the polstery."

"Great last minute booking. But the property is very runned down. Mold in the bathroom in the shower. Broken buttons on the air conditioner unit that was not easy to use. Always smelt like smoke. Definitely a strong language barrier for the night time staff. Other than that, great location and okay for one night stay."
