"Only stayed one night before our cruise so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the offers. Hotel is perfectly located near pikes place as well as some of the cruise ports. Hotel was very clean and staff was great. We had a breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was amazing. We did use the rooftop bar because it was nice out and it has a great view. The room was a little small, and our view was a white brick wall with sayings on it.But no big deal."

"This is an old hotel. As such, it lacks things like central ac and heating. There was a portable air conditioner in the room that required venting out the window, which required the window to stay open. This allowed all the outside noise to enter the room. There is only one guest elevator. It is very small and slow. They request that only 3 people ride at a time. So allow plenty of time to move in between floors. "Unique historic property in a great location. Our room was quiet and spacious, with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. We left our car in their garage and walked ( or took the subway) where we wanted to go. The waterfront, Pike Place market, and the International District are all within walking distance 10-15 min). "We absolutely loved our stay. This was my third stay there and certainly was not disappointed. The beds are the most comfortable ever, the room was quiet, and we loved the lotion. Afternoon coffee and cookies, not to mention delicious cold water, just made the day even better. The staff was exceptional, at all hours. The location is perfect, walking distance to Seattle Center."
