"I really can't speak high enough about this hotel. It is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The staff is outstanding. Every single member of the staff was so accommodating. Alyra started us off over the phone before we got there with great information and helping us set up a room that she felt we would enjoy. She was so helpful throughout our whole stay. After her was the assistant manager Sophie. Sophie also was so helpful and even assisted us on our next day there. I did say next stay there because we've already booked another stay there. The rest of the staff was just phenomenal. In the mornings everybody in the hotel said good morning. We had somebody help us bring our luggage up who was extremely helpful. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. God must stay there because cleanliness is next to godliness and that place is clean. The restaurant has a fabulous staff and was so accommodating. I wish I could find something to say as a con for the place but there just isn't. Usually people don't believe you. If you have nothing bad to say. They say something's got to be wrong, but there wasn't. Everything worked in the room. They have the Keurig coffee pot which we love. They had nice showers. They supplied to Chairs and a bench to sit on. Love the view. Love the swimming pool area. With their flower decorations. It is absolutely beautiful to sit at the swimming pool and look over the lake."
