"Clean room nice decor a little bit of an older building, but the personality and great staff along with the heated pool and hot tub. Definitely make up for it and the location is perfect. If you want to go literally anywhere it’s in the middle of everything."

Der erste Blick ins Zimmer sieht gut aus, beim näheren Hinsehen fallen dann aber die Kleinigkeiten auf. Hier zum Beispiel Verschmutzungen an den Wänden, im Bad, Staub in vielen Ecken, leichte Schimmelbildung in Bad am Fenster. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle hingegen waren erstaunlich sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Dusche im Bad...

"The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. "

"The room they have in the pictures are only for the updated version the room they gave me stunk so bad it caused a headache it was run down and nasty when I complained about the room I was told well what do you expect for the price I was eventually given another room that actually looked like the pictures "

"It was close to so many areas, was able to walk and enjoy it’s surroundings. Me and my kids had a great night’s sleep and breakfast was great. I will 100% return to this location. Loved it!"

"The person at the concierge talked to me rudely when I inquired about the wrong water charges charged to bill. Further when I asked about why the room was not cleaned he told that housekeeping said they cleaned the room. I had to go to the level to ask him to get the back end details of room key access and at the end it was confirmed that I was right and they did not cleaned the room for one of the day of our stay."

"This hotel was dilapidated and sketchy. Our room was musty, window sheers were literally shredded and tied up all over the place, gross old cobwebs outside on our windows and my daughter and I both woke up with swollen puffy eyes ostensibly from mold or allergens in the room or ac vents. We also chose the hotel partially for laundry facilities as we were attending a local horse show and assumed we would need them and when we asked were told they actually weren’t on site…they were at a sister...

"Very clean room, breakfast was adequate but staff was outstanding! Checked in and room on first floor was way too bright with garden area right in front of window with spotlight. After first night went to front desk and they were able to move me to another room by the end of the day! Thank you for being so accommodating! Would stay again when in town visiting my son and family!"

"Breakfast was standard prepackaged fare, but the time were clean and staff was to friendly. Site has a rich Hollywood history, which made it an interesting stay. Some amenities, such as a smart TV or more comfortable mattresses, could use upgrades, but the price was fair for that too."
