"The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and everyone there is very kind.
You can catch a tram right in front of the hotel to get to the city center, and it’s only about a 20-minute ride to the airport.
I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Zurich!"

"Great location, very friendly, helpful staff and the most comfortable bed and room we’ve ever stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room with a view of the city below. The breakfast service and selection was fantastic. We wished the 5 other hotels we stayed at on our trip were as great as EMA! EMA is a hidden gem!"

"Room was clean and spacious. Nice coffee. Friendly cleaning staff. Had a nice soup in the hotel restaurant one evening, which is a cosy space. Wasn’t sure if it was a Swiss thing or not but we’d asked for a double (we are married) and we were given two single beds pushed together. So if you want to come for a romantic getaway… perhaps contact the property first and check. Also there is a tax of 7 Francs each per person per night which is not included when you book. Also, there is a 100 Franc...
