"Professional staff, welcoming and helpful. Fresh fruit and chocolate in rooms was a nice touch . Pillows need improvement as they were too soft and no support. Rooms do get very warm even in Spring so air conditioning and air circulation need improvement. Also please have Bundnerfleisch as part of your breakfast menu. Finally excellent bathroom amenities and appreciated the water pressure and attention to detail with fresh flowers. Enjoyed our stay ! "

"Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe. "

"Everything was absolutely perfect. We were a bit confused as to how to leave the property, so we started the dishwasher and removed the trash, but did not find a dumpster to take the trash to. Other than that, we will definitely book this property when in Zurich again. "

"The rooms are large which is uncommon in a good way for Europe but it’s next to sleazy bars and weird people loitering at night. I went with my family and there were people yelling and screaming all night. Not that anyone caused any safety issue but just general red light hotel area feeling. Also the AC never cools and it got crazy hot but no one cared to fix it despite mentioning it twice. "Hotel City Zurich location next to Zurich main station, very close to tram number 10 which bring you only small CHF to and fro to the Zurich main airport in only 35 minute. A lot of junk food and chocolate shop also big retailer. So easy getting the hotel if you come in a hurry. Room is clean but very big enough for bringing your family. It is a pleasant to stay more than a day. "
