The hotel has been updated with some nice touches including electronic do not disturb/housekeeping door signs, well-appointed fitness centre with water and ice dispensers. The second floor rooms share a large outdoor terrace complete with furniture for enjoying some outdoor time. If you prefer a private balcony book above the second floor. Note that the historical nature of this building and downtown location presents some limitations that newer buildings outside of the downtown core do not face. Kelowna has a significant number of people who make their home on the downtown streets and parking is at a premium. Check in early if you want to park at the property. "

"The pool was down for maintenance so we did not get to go swimming. I'd like to note the pool is visable from the main lobby and the parking lot as its an indoor/outdoor pool. Not my favorite location because everyone coming and going can see the pool area. On a positive note, the rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked new and not run down in anyway. "

"When I booked it I wasn’t given the address and was confused between the two locations. It was still ok just a little farther than expected. Across the bridge in West Kelowna. Staff was nice, room was good, location worked ok laundry a block away. Just a bit of a drive to the store."
