"The hotel is pretty run down, need a a lot of maintenance. The carpet in the room was dirty, the mattresses on the bed were worn and you sunk in them when laid in the bed. Towels were small. The bathroom was clean but one of the doors was missing from the shower cubicle and there was a piece of shower curtain hanging to replace the door. Breakfast was OK. There’s a lot to be desired for the price we paid for this room. "

"Very nice place. Well located. A good size apartment that has been well maintained. "

"The location was great. The staff was great - they helped me check in very late at night and cheerfully printed out documents I needed for a presentation. The room was quite comfortable. The one issue is that the base of the shower did not contain the water, so each time I showered there was a little flood in the bathroom. "

"The small boutique hotel was excellent and spotless. The service was very good. The workers were very helpful. They gave excellent advice for dining. The place was only 250 metres from my ETC training. I did not have to rent a car. The area was very safe. The street however has some decaying not well maintained houses. Abandoned land just across. The breakfast and the coffee was very nice."

"Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. "The hotel is nice. There is no formal parking lot, but there are free parking spaces in the front and on the side of hotel. It only takes about 10 min to walk to the town center. "

"This hotel was beautifully appointed, especially the wooden ceiling in the breakfast room. The fitted mattress sheet was rough and not comfortable, but the top cover and pillows were. The shower was awkward because of the half glass at the tub. The first night the room was too hot, and we could not lower the temperature on the air conditioner; however, the second night we opened the large door to the outside about 6 inches and the room was very pleasant and we could sleep. "We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel.
