"Amazing place"

"We had a wonderful week staying in this house. Very quiet and safe location. The house itself had everything we needed, excellent wifi, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. A lovely garden. It has 2 bathrooms and three toilets. It was very secure, with sensor lights at the front door. It is very close to the bus stop, short walk to West Finchley Underground. And there is a nearby laneway up to Finchley shops, with lots of small shops and a SuperTesco. We were contacted a couple of times to ensure...

"Owner cancelled my longstanding booking so they could accept another booking. Leaving us having to vastly over lpay for alternative accommodation. Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking. They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them. Expedia shouldn't allow this!"

"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. "Property is on the South side of Royal Victoria Dock. It should be a ten minute walk to Custom House Elizabeth Line / DLR station but no. To get there you have to use the RVD Footbridge which has broken lifts, 8 flights of stairs up, 8 flights down. If you want to just walk with luggage - don't. The property is OK, a little tired, kitchen is OK but only one pan. Main bedroom bed is too big for the room so when you get out of bed you will hit your feet or shins on the corner of the bed.
