Staff was friendly but the hotel/room itself could use some work. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner & while we booked a smaller room, if the layout of the furniture were different, there would’ve been a lot more space - felt claustrophobic. Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice evening reception option. Afternoon popcorn and soda as well as 24-7 coffee and tea. Excellent hotel. Convenient downtown location. Will definitely stay here again.
