"A self check- in property, which is fine. Clean - one towel was a little dirty, if I’m being picky.
Couldn ’t access the parking which was annoying although on street parking was available when we arrived. Easy walk into old Haro, which has charm. Very good value, so overall pleased."

"Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature."
