"The room was in the basement and was stuffy. The fire alarm went off 2 times in the middle of the night due to "someone possibly taking a hot shower". Called the help number given at check-in, and it was not answered. The windows were so high up in the room that they were useless for egress in emergency. This bargain was no deal."

"Traveled with my elderly Mom and although the 1st room we were assigned to had a dog smell the young man quickly changed our room and it was clean and comfortable. I have to commend this young man and young lady in the morning who greeted everyone coming in and took time to talk to each guest like good friends. We were only passing through town after visiting with friends in the area but I would definitely stay there again. :)"

"Without question, the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. I booked a King room through Expedia on 03/31/26, for July 17–20 & prepaid over $1,500 in full. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived 1 day late, around 2:30 p.m. July 19. I was then told the hotel had marked us as a “no-show” & given away our fully paid room.
