"My room was adjacent to the highway and so noisy that sleep was challenging. Overall a very nice property, but the trucks rumbling by was disruptive. Please consider noise-proofing the rooms…better quality windows with additional insulation would be a huge improvement. Also, no breakfast served in the dining room…no decaf coffee at the limited coffee bar."

"We stayed there for two nights at this charming inn. Very cute and the only hiccup was the air conditioning. It was like a meat locker and no way to adjust the temperature. The morning breakfast was simple but very adequate Definitely check it out ! We will be back!"

"Stayed the night with my daughter and granddaughter between a show in Brunswick and a trip to the Children’s Museum in Portland. Enjoyed the pool, door-dashed dinner, had a very good breakfast as part of our stay. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the inspirational quotes left on the table by the kitchen staff! Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, and the property itself looked clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned properly. When we arrived, there was garbage left in the bins, a paper bag beside the couch from the previous guest, and hair on the bed sheets. The washroom, however, was clean. We reported the issue to the front desk, and Zach was extremely helpful and professional. He sincerely apologized and immediately offered us another room. Unfortunately, the second room...

"Our plane was canceled in Portland and we decided to stay away from the city. We loved this area and visited other places that were close that we had not been to on our trip. Our room was nice and looked into the woods. The breakfast was great. The only thing was the bathroom sink was small and no place to but your toiletries bag. The parking was spread out because it was a large green area. Everyone that worked there was super nice. I would definitely stay at this Best Western Plus again."
