"The only staff we encountered was the young lady at the front desk, she was in a hurry with us even when no other guests were nearby. We seemed just to bother her. The suite was somewhat clean, some pots and pans were dirty. The ceiling joints had obvious damage from water and were bowing outward. ..."

"Maintenance tried to come into my room while I was asleep, I ran from the bed to block the door. Kasa forgot to tell pple about pest control visit. Thin walls, cheap bed frame and noisey. Communication isnt great between host, Kasa & building. Didn't feel safe staying here."
